Hello, My name is Tamara Nankivel and I have been teaching Wilton Classes at Hobby Lobby since November 2007.

Students have told me that I have an energy for teaching and make classes interesting as well as informative. This is based on my passion for cake decorating and passing on all the information I have to my students.

Hi Tamara, I am soooo glad you were my teacher. Jody Vande Weerde and I signed up for a frosting flowers only class at the technical school in Sheldon Ia thinking that would be kinda fun and its closer to us than Sioux Falls, so it is 3 weeks and we thought it would be fun since it shows carnations and bachelor buttons that we didn’t learn and some others that we learned. Well the teacher was nice, but an airhead, I know she meant well, but we were the ONLY ones that had frosting plugs the teacher was so amazed at us at the end of first class she said she learned alot from us. Well I suppose it was all info and flowers we knew about. We have 2 weeks left. I know if this lady would have been our teacher we would not be where we are today with cake decorating. Keep teaching we aren’t telling too many of our secrets we learned from you because we want to stay smarter than the rest of the class. Thanks, Darla Mantel
