Decorating Basics – Lesson 3
Bring to Class: 6 (At Least) Uniced Cupcakes , Student DB Kit, Wax Paper, Rose Flower Nail Template, bag for clean-up, wipes, powdered sugar (1 cup in case icing needs thickening), water (to thin icing if needed), and icing as follows:
Thin Icing: 1/4 cup thin green for leaves (w 1/2 tsp piping gel)
Medium Consistency Icing:
1/2 cup light color (ex. blue) for pompom flower base and petals
1/2 cup dark color(ex. dark blue) for Pompom flower center
2 cups your choice of colors for drop flower, rosette, shaggy mum, icing cupcake
