Flowers & Cake Design – Lesson 4

Bring to Class: Tips 21 for basketweave and border, 352 or 67 for leaves, Wax paper, Spatula, Bag for used tools, water-tight container ( I use a water bottle) 1/2 full of water and a squirt of dish soap for used tips), Iced Cake (thin layer – will be doing basketweave in class) , All Flowers from previous lessons, 3 1/2 cups medium consistency buttercream (BC) for basketweave, border, and attaching pieces, 1/2 cup green thin consistency with 1/2 teaspoon piping gel added for leaves
